The unfair thing about the comments on this photo is - Nobody would be questioning whether or not the model is anorexic if the model was female.

Psychological issues with food doesn't necessarily mean a diagnosis of anorexia nervosa. If he actually does have anorexia, then I am sorry for my comments.

Anorexia is an actual eating disorder, not just 'looking a bit thin'. I'd choose your titles more carefully next time. This could come off as insulting to many people; he isn't anorexic
